Shannah O‘Neill (Jim’s wife) is an interior designer guru who also runs the OnWorks office. This amazing woman literally does everything from building out and organizing the materials library, paying all the bills, working on presentations, coordinating office mailings, and most importantly of all, filling the community Dog Water Bowl outside the front door of the office. You never know when passing pooches will get thirsty.

Shannah graduated from Louisiana Tech as well as the Art Institute of Houston. When she is not designing and picking out furniture for clients, she is helping make all of us look organized and efficient.
