Cheer Athletics needed a space lot accommodate the training of 500 people to compete in Cheerleading competitions. The space need to be tall enough to accommodate lifts and throwing cheerleaders so the project was conceived in a brand new industrial space with a 27’ clear height. Dock doors were added to provide ventilation.
Offices, dance studios and restrooms were added for the cheerleaders and parents that come to see them. A Cheer Athletic store was part of the requirements.
