Modernization of the First Floor Drop-Off, Lobby, and Bar Area.

We were tasked with updating and modernizing the first-floor drop-off, lobby/check-in, and bar area of the Four Seasons Hotel. Originally designed in the early 1970s, the space, though considered "classic," required a significant upgrade. Collaborating with Meyer Davis from New York, we transformed the drop-off area, incorporating enhanced lighting to add a touch of "glitz" to the hotel's entrance.

The waiting and check-in areas were redesigned to be more welcoming by repositioning the check-in desk, creating additional lounging spaces for guests and valet waiters. The lounge area also serves as seating for what is now the "longest bar in Houston." To complement the bar and restaurant areas, we developed an entertainment space featuring two Top Golf simulators and a lounge area, ideal for private parties. This addition, created in partnership with Top Golf, has turned the bar and simulators into a popular downtown destination, often bustling with guests eager to enjoy a golf swing amidst the vibrant crowd.

Immersive experiences

It can be difficult to visualize a three dimensional space from a flat drawing, so OnWorks has standardized all our renderings into 3D with video walkthroughs so you can truly understand your space well before it is built.
