We transformed a global legal services firm's Texas office into a modern, open space with glass walls and central collaboration areas, reflecting their rebrand and enhancing team connectivity.
At Onworks, we pride ourselves on transforming spaces to meet the evolving needs of our clients. One of our recent projects involved a global legal services company based in Texas. This firm approached us with a unique challenge: rethinking their existing office space to adapt to a new, hybrid work model post-pandemic.
The legal services company decided to have their team work from home most of the week, coming into the office only two days. Their existing office layout, with large private offices and closed rooms connected by long, dark hallways, was outdated and inefficient. It was difficult for team members to know who was in the office, and the space did not facilitate the level of collaboration they desired.
Our task was to create a modern, open space that would foster collaboration and reflect the company’s rebranded identity. We envisioned a space with extensive use of glass to create transparency and a central collaboration area easily accessible and visible to all employees. The design needed to be cohesive, featuring updated finishes, a new color palette, and carefully selected artwork and accessories that aligned with the company's brand.
We worked closely with the owner, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the project. Our collaboration extended to the building architect and the general contractor, ensuring that every aspect of the design was executed flawlessly.
The result was an open, modern office space that not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations. The new layout features a central collaboration area surrounded by glass walls, creating a bright and inviting space. The updated finishes and cohesive design elements reflect the company’s rebrand, providing a professional and contemporary environment that supports both remote and in-office work.
At Onworks, we are dedicated to creating spaces that not only meet the functional needs of our clients but also enhance their brand and work environment.
It can be difficult to visualize a three dimensional space from a flat drawing, so OnWorks has standardized all our renderings into 3D with video walkthroughs so you can truly understand your space well before it is built.
